Professional vibe coding with top AI models

Craft Podium turns ideas into working products at a pace classic development teams can't match. Engineering discipline + leading AI models = a product in production, not in a backlog.

What we do

Products, end to end

Web apps, bots, integrations and internal tools — from the first idea to production with infrastructure, monitoring and CI.

AI agents and automation

Agentic pipelines on top LLMs: process automation, content generation, data processing and integration with your systems.

MVPs in days, not months

Test hypotheses on a small budget: a working prototype, real users and honest metrics — before you commit serious money.

Vibe coding for your team

We train your engineers to work with AI tools so that speed keeps growing while quality stays where it is.

How we work

A project goes through seven steps. At any moment you can see where the work is now and what comes next.

  1. Step 1

    Request and conversation

You tell us about the task by email, in Telegram or out loud, whichever is easier. We ask the questions that matter and work out what exactly has to be built and why you need it. Within a day you get a work plan and an estimate: not "we will look into it", but a list of steps you can agree with or reject.

  2. Step 2

    Scope, price and timing

We put the agreement in writing: what the work includes, what it does not, what it costs and when it will be ready. Nothing beyond what we agreed goes on the bill without your say-so. If you decide midway that you need something extra, that is a new estimate and a new decision from your side.

  3. Step 3

    Short iterations

We work in short steps, and each one ends with something that runs and can be used, not with a report about what was done. Demos happen along the way, not once at the end. You see the shape of the product while it is still cheap to change direction.

  4. Step 4

    Two checks

Before a change reaches you, it is checked twice. The automated check makes sure the project builds and runs without errors, and runs the tests; unchecked changes do not get into the running version. An independent reviewer deliberately breaks the code and checks that the tests notice, and a test that fails to catch a break is not accepted. What you get is "checked", not "done".

  5. Step 5

    Launch and acceptance

Before every update we name the version we can go back to if something goes wrong, and it stays ready until you say everything is fine. After the update we check the main scenarios live, the way you will meet them. If you do not like it, we return the previous version and sort it out.

  6. Step 6

    Handover

The project is yours: we hand over the code, access to the servers, the domain and the third-party services, plus a set of instructions — what lives where, how to start it and what to do when it breaks. All of it in writing and in the repository, not as a verbal promise. After that you can develop it yourself or bring us back in.

  7. Step 7

    Support

After the handover we stay reachable: for 14 days we fix the bugs that turned up in the work at no charge. After that, support as agreed: new features, updates and help when something goes wrong. No forever commitments — you can carry on without us at any point.

Why it works

A second agent on every change

Agents write and check our code, but every change is also looked at by an independent reviewer whose job is to find mistakes rather than agree politely. It breaks the code on purpose and makes sure the tests notice. For you, "it works" means "it was checked", not "looks written".

Checks before every release

The project builds and the whole test suite runs automatically before every update. If anything does not add up, the update does not happen, so you will not discover a breakage on the live version. We do not update and hope nobody notices.

A rollback you know about in advance

Every release has a version we can return to, and we name it in advance rather than after. If something goes wrong, we return the working version — and you have time to decide calmly what to do next.

You can see the work as it goes

Tasks live in the tracker with a clear status, you have repository access from day one, and you can look at an intermediate result at any time. There is no need to ask "so where are we" — what is happening now and what comes next are both visible.

Tell us what you are launching or which customer conversations take too much time. We will help you find the next step.

A free review before your SaaS goes live

Some problems are much harder to fix once customers are using the product. Tell us what you are building and how it runs today, and we will look for the main launch risks.
