Craft PodiumAssistant for a dental practice
The assistant answers patients from your price list and practice information — how much a check-up is, whether you treat children, what to do about toothache at night — and collects an appointment request: appointment type, name, phone, preferred times. Reception gets the request in Telegram and confirms. In the evening and at weekends the patient gets an answer, not an answerphone.

What is included
- launch on your base: price list, opening hours, services, frequent questions;
- answers strictly from your materials — the bot never quotes a fee that is not in your list; anything else gets “I’ll check with reception” and a hand-off to a person;
- appointment request: type, name, phone, preferred days — sent to your staff member in Telegram to confirm;
- emergencies: offers the next slot from your rules and, out of hours, points to urgent care — no diagnosis, no treatment advice;
- two languages on request (for example English and Russian) — replies in the language of the question;
- a daily question limit per visitor and data deletion on the /delete command;
- 14 days of free bug fixes after launch.
What is not included
- Diary, CRM or practice-system integration, reminders and payments are a separate job with a separate quote.
- Calls and voice: this is a text assistant. WhatsApp is connected on request through your WhatsApp Business account; time and cost are quoted separately.
- Customisation outside your knowledge base is not included: the assistant answers only from your materials.
