What is included
- launch on your knowledge base: documents, website pages, price list, consultation records;
- answers strictly from your materials, and on questions outside them the bot says “I don’t know” and passes the question to a person;
- a “Call a manager” button: the question and the whole dialogue history reach your employee in Telegram;
- a daily question limit per person — protection against AI costs under spam;
- customer data deleted on the /delete command;
- 14 days of free bug fixes after launch.
- voice is a custom extra, it is not part of the ready product.
What is not included
- The $55/month support covers: the server, AI usage at normal load, a monthly refresh of the base from your new documents, and bug fixes.
- The support does not cover: new scenarios and connecting to your systems — that is a separate job with a separate quote.
- Custom development from scratch: this is a ready core, not a bespoke build.
