What is included
- launch on your base: services, fees, how a sale works, frequent questions, listings from your file;
- matching from your list: price, bedrooms, area — only from what you provided;
- viewing or valuation request: property, name, contact, preferred time — sent to the agent in Telegram;
- two languages on request — replies in the language of the question;
- a daily question limit per visitor and data deletion on /delete;
- 14 days of free bug fixes after launch.
What is not included
- Automatic listing import from a portal or CRM is a separate job with a separate quote; in the base version listings are updated from your file.
- Diary, CRM or practice-system integration, reminders and payments are a separate job with a separate quote.
- Calls and voice: this is a text assistant. WhatsApp is connected on request through your WhatsApp Business account; time and cost are quoted separately.
- Customisation outside your knowledge base is not included: the assistant answers only from your materials.

What we need from you
- your price list, opening hours, address and frequent questions — as files or links to your site;
- the Telegram account of one person who will receive booking requests and off-base questions;
