How the work goes
Talking through the task
We ask who writes to the bot and what it has to do: take a lead, show a menu, book a visit, answer common questions. We also look at the texts and images you already have.
Flow and estimate
We draw the user path step by step and give a price and a deadline. If the task is heavier than usual we say so up front rather than at the end.
Development
We write the bot in Python with aiogram and show intermediate builds, so changes land before delivery instead of after it.
Launch and handover
We deploy it, wire the notifications to your chat and hand over the documentation. The code stays yours.
Fixes
For 14 days we fix bugs and small rough edges found after launch.
Common questions
How much does a Telegram bot cost?
From $500. The final figure depends on the number of steps, whether you need an admin panel with export, and whether the texts and materials exist. We give a firm estimate after a short conversation.
How long does it take?
From 10 days for a straightforward flow: a menu, lead capture, a notification to the manager. Integrations, payments or a personal account take longer, and we name the deadline before we start.
What do you build it with?
Python and the aiogram library. You get the full source code and a run guide. After that the bot is yours: extend it yourself, or bring the change back to us.
What do you need from me to start?
A description of the process: who writes to the bot, what data it should collect and where it should go. Plus access to the account or server if you have one, and the materials — texts, price list, images.
What happens after launch?
14 days of free bug fixes. Anything new after that is a separate task from $100, we have a fix service for that.
Do I keep the access?
Yes. The code, the documentation and the database access stay with you. You can revoke our access at any time.
